Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support role based in Mumbai. The Customer Support team member will handle customer inquiries, address support-related concerns, provide technical assistance, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role also involves engaging effectively with customers, resolving their issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on providing excellent service and ensuring client needs are met
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with diverse customer groups and manage relationships effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support to resolve customer queries related to platform functionalities
- Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify areas for process improvement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
