Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support professional based in Indore. The role involves assisting customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries effectively and professionally. Responsibilities include ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, providing technical support when required, addressing concerns promptly, and applying problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver excellent service. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company service standards is essential.
