✨ What You’ll Do

  • You will be the voice of the brand — ensuring every customer interaction turns into a great experience.
  • Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
  • Manage order issues, delays, refunds, replacements & product queries
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and vendor teams to resolve issues fast
  • Maintain accurate CRM records & ensure all tickets close within SLAs
  • Track patterns/recurring issues & prepare weekly insight reports for management
  • Suggest process improvements & help build SOPs for customer support
  • Mentor and guide new team members while fostering a positive CX culture


💡 Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in Customer Support/Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Comfortable handling multiple channels & multitasking
  • Problem-solver with a calm, empathetic approach
  • Organized, detail-oriented & proactive
  • Experience using CRMs is a plus
