Overview:
We are looking for a Client Support Associate to provide exceptional post-admission service to students. This role is non-sales, non-target based, and focused on delivering smooth and timely support via chat, service calls, and reminders. The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, and committed to ensuring a seamless experience for every student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle chat support and respond promptly to student queries.
- Make service calls to newly onboarded students and guide them through the next steps.
- Provide reminder calls for documentation, class schedules, exams, and other important updates.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist students with general support queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all student communications in the CRM or tracking system.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of open issues or service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide the best support experience.
- Deliver service with empathy, clarity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or student services (education sector preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to handle chats and calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and comfortable using CRM/chat tools.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A calm and patient attitude while handling queries.
