Role Description
This full-time on-site role of a Customer Support Associate (Chat Process) is based in Gurugram. The associate will manage customer interactions via chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing service concerns, assisting with product or service details, handling escalations professionally, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling or assisting with relevant sales queries.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service for effective communication and problem resolution
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Capability to assist with Training activities aimed at enhancing team performance
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and resolve issues promptly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Familiarity with chat support tools or CRM platforms is an advantage
