We are hiring for one of our clients in the BPO sector (BFSI domain).
📍 Location: Gurugram (WFO – 5 Days)
🕒 Experience: Minimum 6 Months
We are looking for Customer Support Associates (CSA) for a Blended Process (Voice + Backend Operations).
🔹 Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support / BPO / BFSI / Backend Ops
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable with voice & backend work
- Open to rotational shifts
💼 Role Includes:
- Handling customer queries via calls, email & chat
- Backend operations (data entry, verification, processing)
- Delivering high-quality customer experience
