Customer Support Associate (US - Inbound, Rotational Shift | (5 Days Work, 2 Days Off)
Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Variables | One Way Cab + Tavel Allowance | ₹1L retention Bonus + Other Benefits + relocation support (flight ticket, 14 days accommodation)

Role Highlights:
- Act as the first point of contact for international customers
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Resolve customer queries and technical concerns efficiently
- Work closely with global teams to enhance customer experience
- Meet key performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and CSAT
Ideal Profile:
- 1+ year of experience in International BPO (Voice)
- Strong communication skills (Global English)
