Position: Customer Support Associate
Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Experience: 1-3 Years
Role Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working days: 6 days working, including Saturday & Sunday
Day Shift: 9-hour working, rotational from 8:30am - 8:30pm
CTC: 3 - 5LPA

What You’ll Do:
1. Customer Assistance:
- Handle pre-sales inquiries, guiding customers on product selection, features, and benefits.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing installation, troubleshooting, and order-related queries.
2. Multi-Channel Support:
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure quick resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
3. CRM & Documentation:
- Log all customer interactions, track queries, and update records in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements.
4. Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively collect and share customer feedback to improve support processes and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer support (voice & non-voice, chat, email, inbound/outbound calls).
- Strong Communicator: Fluent in both English and Hindi with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Multi-tasking Ability: Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and chats concurrently.
- Problem Solver: Quick thinker who can analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and customer support software.
- D2C Experience: Background in supporting customers for D2C brands, especially in e-commerce or home appliance sectors (preferred).
