💼About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions across WhatsApp, calls, and chat. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers by resolving their queries efficiently.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and chat
- Assist customers with order-related queries, payments, and post-purchase support
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Ensure high service quality and timely responses
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or similar role
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment
