JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to manage client interactions, ensure seamless ticket processing, collecting product’s renewal, up selling of products and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. WhatsApp Scan & Communication:
- Monitor and manage WhatsApp messages for client inquiries then create tickets.
- Ensure prompt responses and escalate issues when necessary.
2. Client Feedback Management:
- Record and report feedback to help improve service quality.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls and emails to gather client feedback.
3. Ticket Generation & Reporting:
- Create service tickets for client requests and issues.
- Track and share the status of team tickets to senior management to ensure timely resolution.
4. Upselling of Products:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional products or services during client interactions.
- Communicate the value and benefits of new products to clients to drive revenue.
5. Renewal Billing:
- Collect and manage the renewal billing process, ensuring timely invoicing.
- Coordinate with clients to address any billing concerns and maintain a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Ms word and Ms Excel
- Good Client relationship and email writing skills
