Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the academic operations of schools or colleges, or prior exposure to ERP systems used in educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for providing support to clients using our SaaS-based Education ERP software and ensuring smooth system adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end customer support for the SaaS-based Education ERP system
Handle client queries via calls, emails, and support tickets
Assist schools and colleges in using ERP modules (attendance, fees, exams, etc.)
Conduct online/offline training sessions for clients
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues on time
Ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Support onboarding and implementation of new clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer support or operations
Prior experience working in a school/college academic section OR handling ERP systems for educational institutions
Good understanding of school/college processes (admissions, attendance, exams, fees, etc.)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic technical understanding of software/ERP systems
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Education ERP (School/College ERP)
Patient, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to train and guide non-technical users
Willing to travel if required
