We're hiring a Customer Support Associate who doesn't just close tickets but someone who takes real ownership, navigates tough conversations with calm, and treats every student's concern like it actually matters. - Job Location: On-site, Bengaluru, JP Nagar, Bengaluru
- Full-time · Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Mon – Sat (6days working)
- 1–3 Yrs Exp
What you'll do:
- Handle student queries across calls, chat, and email
- Stay sharp on all course, platform, and payment-related info so you're never caught off guard
- Own escalations, social media or otherwise, keep things calm, find a way forward
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to close open issues on time, every time
- Complete accurate, prompt documentation for every resolved case — no loose ends
- Generate support reports in Excel / Google Sheets for performance tracking
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years in Customer Support / Customer Success / Student Support
- Experience handling escalations and social media complaints
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting
- Ability to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment
- Prior EdTech / SaaS experience is a strong plus
