Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Associate to help us retain and grow our core customer base. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their concerns, resolve issues, and implement effective retention strategies. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers and internal sales teams to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify churn risks and retention opportunities.
- Gather and document customer complaints, issues, and suggestions.
- Develop and execute proactive and reactive retention strategies based on customer insights.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve issues and retain business.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Track retention metrics and report on outcomes and trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1yr years of experience in a retention, customer success, or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
- Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
- Background in sales support, customer success, or account management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams.
Work Schedule & Location
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)
- Saturday: Work from Home (WFH)
- Sunday: Weekly Off
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Location: Gurgaon
- Laptop : Must have
