💰 Salary & Benefits
* CTC: ₹19,000–₹20,000 per month
* Monthly Bonus: ₹1,254
* Quarterly Bonus: ₹3,762
* Approx. In-Hand (with Quarterly Bonus): Up to ₹17,276
* Approx. In-Hand (without Quarterly Bonus): ₹14,475 onwards
✅ Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality communication.
* Accurately update customer records and interaction details.
* Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.
* Meet productivity and quality expectations while working in rotational shifts.
🎓 Eligibility
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
