Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving ticketed issues, and offering online support to enhance customer satisfaction. The individual will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries, while also assisting with technical troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and managing customer interactions effectively
- Proficiency in Technical Support and resolving user issues with digital platforms
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is an advantage
