About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
- Follow company processes, policies, and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required
