At Influx Worldwide, we’re looking for freshers who want to kickstart their careers in customer support. This is a 100% remote, night-shift role with rotational week offs, where you’ll handle customer queries via chat / email and ensure smooth online ticketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Provide clear, accurate, and efficient support to resolve queries.
• Escalate complex issues to the right stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of chat interactions.
• Share common issues/trends with the internal team to improve processes.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Basic understanding of online ticketing systems and customer support practices.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize with users and provide patient support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
