Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, chats, or tickets
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and SLAs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Meet individual and team performance metrics
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Customer-focused mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.
- Multilingual skills (if applicable)
Education:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any discipline)
