Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Coimbatore. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role includes contributing to customer retention, addressing client needs effectively, and supporting the sales and service teams when required. The associate will also assist with providing basic product or service training and ensuring smooth communication with customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and providing an excellent Customer Experience
- Proficiency in Sales-related activities with the ability to assist in promoting relevant products or services
- Experience in facilitating Training or guiding customers in product or service usage
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage for delivering a personalized customer experience
