What will you do at Fynd?
- Provide customer support and assistance.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Meet performance metrics
Some Specific Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced customer support environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
