About The Role
We are inviting applications for the position of Advisor Customer Support at Jio. This role is designed for candidates who possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The position offers a unique work-from-home opportunity, allowing employees to work remotely from any location within India, specifically from non-metropolitan cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions through chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls, ensuring that customer queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. This role is pivotal in maintaining Jio’s reputation for outstanding customer service and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, either voice or non-voice.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in handling customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
- Basic technical requirements including a laptop and a stable broadband internet connection.
- Candidates pursuing full-time studies are not eligible for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service through various support channels including chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product and process changes.
