About The Role
Jio is inviting applications for the role of Advisor Customer Support. This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves managing customer interactions through multiple channels including chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the frontline representative of Jio, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the company's reputation for excellent service. This is a work-from-home opportunity, allowing candidates from across India, particularly from non-metropolitan cities, to join our dynamic team. The role offers a permanent work-from-home setup, providing flexibility and a conducive environment for delivering high-quality support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, either voice or non-voice.
- Proficiency in handling customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
- Own a laptop and have a stable broadband internet connection.
- Currently not pursuing any academic courses or students.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing customer support through email, chat, and voice channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolving customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries related to Jio services.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Following company protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Engaging in continuous learning and skill development to stay updated with product and process changes.
- Collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors for process improvements.
