About The Role
Jio is inviting applications for the position of Advisor Customer Support. This role is designed for individuals who possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and are eager to provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, handling voice or non-voice processes
- Proficiency in using a laptop and maintaining a stable broadband internet connection
- Candidates should not be currently pursuing studies, as this role requires full-time commitment
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, as per the company's scheduling
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Advisor Customer Support include:
- Handling customer queries via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
