About The Role
Jio is inviting applications for the position of Advisor Customer Support. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service experiences by providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. The Advisor will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The position offers a unique work-from-home opportunity, allowing candidates from across India, particularly from non-metropolitan cities, to join a reputable organization without geographical constraints. The role involves a blend of chat, email, inbound, and outbound call support, requiring versatile communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of six months of BPO experience, whether in voice or non-voice roles, is essential. Candidates must have a personal laptop and a stable broadband internet connection to ensure seamless work execution. Applicants should not be pursuing academic courses or students. The role is suited for individuals who are proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple communication channels efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Follow established protocols and quality standards to deliver consistent service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer concerns.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including rotational night shifts, and work six days a week with a rotational weekly off.
- Continuously update knowledge on company products, policies, and procedures to improve service quality.
