About The Role
Jio is inviting applications for the position of Advisor Customer Support. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the frontline representative of Jio, responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support across multiple channels. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, with exposure to voice and non-voice processes.
- Proficiency in handling customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
- Own a laptop with a stable broadband internet connection.
- Not currently pursuing any educational courses or degrees.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Advisor Customer Support include:
- Providing high-quality customer service through multiple channels including chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately and updating relevant records in the system.
- Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely resolution.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product and process changes.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a customer-centric environment.
