Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Associate will handle customer inquiries, provide support for CricClubs’ offerings, and assist in resolving issues to enhance user satisfaction. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing user feedback, assisting with product-related queries, and supporting customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for CricClubs’ platform and services.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and development teams to enhance the platform
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in customer support or the BPO industry is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Experience in handling customer queries and troubleshooting software-related issues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
• Passion for cricket and knowledge of cricket league management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
