Overview
What you'll be doing
Corpay is currently seeking a
Customer Support Associate to join our
Corpay Payables division in Nagpur, India. In this role, you will support customers with queries related to payment automation, ERP systems, and financial transactions. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of financial SaaS platforms.
Work Environment

on-site role based in our Nagpur office. Corpay will support you with:

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer queries related to invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and ERP integrations
- Troubleshoot technical and transactional issues; escalate complex cases to engineering teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using tools like Zendesk and JIRA
- Support customers with API integrations, vendor payments, and compliance processes
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and contribute to process enhancements
- Deliver user guidance, training, and documentation to maximize product adoption
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably within fintech
- Knowledge of ERP and accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero
- Experience with ticketing/CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
- Basic understanding of SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
