Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Vidya Jeevan, Knowledge Park – I, Greater Noida
Experience: 0–2 years (Entry-Level)
Preferred Candidate: Residing with family in Greater Noida / Delhi NCR.
About the Role
Believers Destination is looking for a proactive and attentive Customer Service Associate/Executive to manage student interactions, provide support, and ensure smooth daily operations at the institute. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic tech knowledge, and the ability to handle reporting and coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Maintain polite, professional, and attentive communication with students and parents.
- Manage and guide students within the institute premises.
- Maintain data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update records accurately.
- Work on Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
- Escalate issues to the management team when required.
- Provide basic tech support (system login, form updates, simple troubleshooting) when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or front-desk operations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good command over MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.
- Basic technical understanding is a plus.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Residing in Greater Noida, preferably with family.
- Comfortable with on-site working at Vidya Jeevan, KP-1.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
