Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate, based in Devanahalli. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer support and service, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and enhancing overall customer experience. Additional duties involve assisting with sales activities, providing training to clients as needed, and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and a customer-centric approach to promoting products or services
- Capability to provide effective customer Training and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical or engineering knowledge relevant to the electronics or manufacturing sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
