About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the capacity of Recruitment Specialist. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist in negotiating offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
