Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving support tickets, managing customer expectations, and providing training on GPS and IoT devices. Additional responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills, including the ability to resolve inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Strong Sales skills, with an understanding of how to assist customers in selecting the best solutions for their requirements.
- Ability to deliver Training to clients on product usage, ensuring they can maximize their value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GPS and IoT technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Educational background in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
