Hiring Now | Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process
Location: Kochi (Kakkanad)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Rotational Shift (Mostly Night Shift)
Salary Range: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process.
Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for customer queries
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to PC, MAC, and Mobile devices
• Assist customers with installation, uninstallation, and product configuration
• Provide excellent customer service through professional communication
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Any Degree / UG / PG / MBA
✔ Excellent English Communication Skills (CEFR/Berlitz B2 Preferred)
✔ Basic Technical Knowledge
✔ Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred
✔ Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
