Position: Customer Service Representative (Finance & Insurance)

Role Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries across banking, insurance, fintech, and card services
- Resolve customer issues related to accounts, policies, claims, and transactions
- Manage complaint handling workflows with professionalism and empathy
- Use CRM tools to document interactions, track cases, and update records
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring timely follow-up
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding resolutions, processes, and timelines
- Maintain adherence to service protocols, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; customer support certifications are a plus
- Experience in customer service within banking, insurance, fintech, or related domains
- Strong understanding of service workflows, issue resolution, and escalation processes
- Proficiency with CRM tools and case management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions in a structured, process-driven environment
