Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Support and Inside Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Darbhanga. The selected candidate will address customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues efficiently. They will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist in scheduling services, maintain positive customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities by promoting services to new and existing customers. Additionally, they will collaborate with the team to meet performance and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Sales acumen with experience in upselling and cross-selling services
- Proficiency in CRM tools, record-keeping, and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work under pressure
- Fluency in English and Hindi is strongly preferred; knowledge of local languages is a bonus
- Prior experience in customer support or sales roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields is desirable.
