Role Description
This on-site internship role, based in Rohini, is for a Customer Support and Client Onboarding Executive. The selected candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer support by addressing client queries, assisting with technical challenges, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new clients.

Job Role:- We are looking for enthusiastic engineering graduates to join our team for customer support and onboarding of clients for our telecom and AI communication platforms.Key Responsibilities• Assist new clients in platform onboarding and setup
• Provide customer support via call, email, and WhatsApp
• Help clients understand product features and usage
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for issue resolution
• Maintain customer onboarding documentation and reports
• Provide basic troubleshooting for platform-related queriesRequired Skills• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic understanding of software platforms / APIs / telecom solutions (preferred)
• Problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to learn AI Voice Bots, Dialer Platforms, and WhatsApp Business API
Laptop- The candidate will own the laptop, and Rs. 1,000 will be paid as service/maintenance charges.
