What You’ll Do
- Support customers through chat, email, and phone by answering questions and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general support needs
- Deliver clear, helpful, and high-quality customer support that reflects TalentPop App’s service standards
- Stay updated on processes, tools, and product knowledge to consistently provide excellent customer experiences

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably within E-Commerce or remote support environments
- Experience using platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar customer support tools is an advantage
- Patient, empathetic, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable collaborating within a remote team environment and taking ownership of responsibilities
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
- Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for customer communication
