Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Agent, located in Bengaluru South. The Customer Support Agent will address customer inquiries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and handle troubleshooting of issues. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with customers and maintaining effective communication to resolve concerns promptly. Agents will be expected to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to provide exceptional service and contribute to positive customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Prior experience in a similar customer support role is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
