Eligibility & Job Details:

1. Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
2. Hiring from: Non-metropolitan cities only
3. Process: Blended (Chat & Email support + Inbound & Outbound calls

Requirements:

1. Excellent English communication skills
2. Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice – on paper)
3. Laptop & stable broadband connection required
4. Not hiring pursuing students

Other Details:

1. 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
2. Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Skill Sets:

1. Email & Chat Support
2. Excellent communication skills
3. International BPO experience.
4. Customer Service
