Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Contact students and parents via inbound and outbound calls for seminars, workshops, and counselling related to Medical (NEET UG/PG), Engineering, and Study Abroad admission processes.

• Respond to student enquiries received through calls, emails, and walk-ins, and follow up to convert them into qualified leads.

• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.

• Counsel students and parents to identify needs and recommend appropriate counselling and mentorship solutions.

• Convert leads into paid counselling and mentorship enrollments.

• Build strong and sustainable relationships with students and parents through clear and interactive communication.

• Handle objections and customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and documentation in CRM systems. • Take proactive steps to engage prospects and improve regional conversion performance.


Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in tele sales, customer support, or EdTech sales.

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada [regional languages]

• Experience handling student/parent queries and conversions.

• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with CRM systems, calling tools, and basic MS Excel.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
