We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Service Professional with strong expertise in the hydraulic industry to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for hydraulic systems, including hydraulic power packs and hydraulic cylinders
- Handle machine breakdowns efficiently with quick root cause analysis and resolution
- Deliver online and on-call technical support to customers across locations
- Travel PAN India for service support, commissioning, and customer visits
- Manage customer service coordination and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Prepare and handle sales quotations(spare parts), proposals, and follow-ups
- Perform back-office operations, including documentation and reporting
- Oversee warehouse activities, including inward/outward material and dispatch management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of service and sales (spare parts) processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in the hydraulic industry
- Strong practical knowledge of hydraulic power packs, cylinders, and system maintenance
- Proven experience in breakdown handling and field service operations
- Ability to manage customer communication independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Basic knowledge of quotation preparation and administrative tasks
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good usage of ERP system; preferably SAP
- Spoken Language: English, Hindi
Preferred Profile:
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of handling multiple roles (service + coordination + operations)
- Experience in handling both field service and internal operations will be an added advantage
- Travel required: Max 50% of time (Base in Delhi)
