We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Customer Support – Voice Process team.

• Handle customer queries through voice calls
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage service requests and update CRM/ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Maintain accurate customer and case records
