Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Specialist. Based in Coimbatore with some work-from-home flexibility, the role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. The role also includes analyzing customer feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and building strong relationships to support long-term client success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid setting
- Experience in telecommunication or cloud solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
