About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Success Representative – Intern to support our engagement with educational partners. This role is designed for graduates who are eager to build a career in Customer Success, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will act as a key link between DeepGrade and its users, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience with our AI-powered assessment platform.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to inquiries from schools, teachers, and administrators via email, chat, phone, and video calls
- Guide users through platform features such as automated grading, analytics dashboards, and performance insights
- Troubleshoot basic issues and collaborate with the technical team for advanced support
Educational Partner Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators and school stakeholders
- Understand requirements across different educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, State Boards, etc.)
- Assist in onboarding, platform setup, and configuration
- Provide tailored recommendations based on institutional needs
Product Training & Enablement
- Explain AI-driven features in a simple, educator-friendly manner
- Support training sessions, demos, and webinars
- Contribute to creating user guides, FAQs, and training materials
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Track customer queries, feedback, and resolution timelines
- Assist in maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles
- Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interest in Customer Success, EdTech, or SaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage)
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms is a plus
- Exposure to educational institutions or assessment systems is beneficial
