Job Overview:
ACHNET Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our SaaS products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the HR tech industry, and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. Experience with AI-driven interview and assessment tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers and guiding them through the implementation of our SaaS products.
- Providing ongoing support and training to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Managing and nurturing customer relationships to drive retention and expansion.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Collaborating with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their progress and identify opportunities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within the HR tech industry.
- Proven experience in SaaS product sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with AI-driven interview and assessment tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
