We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Manager / Project Manager to support project execution, client communication, internal coordination, and overall delivery excellence during a high growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and track ongoing client projects across multiple teams
● Coordinate internal communication between scientific, business, and leadership teams
● Serve as a customer success point of contact to ensure strong client experience and timely delivery
● Maintain project trackers, timelines, meeting notes, and follow up actions
● Support proposal coordination, onboarding, documentation, and reporting activities
● Work closely with leadership on operational execution and scaling processes
● Assist in quality tracking and ensuring project milestones are met
● Support LinkedIn and external communication activities when required
Preferred Background
● Pharma / Lifesciences background preferred
● M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MBA, Pharma Management, Biotechnology, or related fields
● 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, account management, or pharma operations
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
● Familiarity with pharma, biotech, regulatory, or scientific services is a major advantage
● Self motivated, proactive, and growth oriented mindset
