Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical CS & Product Associate to join our team.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Customer Success
- Product Management
- Business Operations
- Project Coordination
You will work with customers after the sale to understand their requirements, onboard them successfully, translate their needs into structured specifications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with clients, and managing projects from kickoff to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Success
- Lead onboarding calls with new customers.
- Understand and document business workflows and requirements.
- Configure customer data templates and assist with setup.
- Ensure successful adoption of the platform.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact.
Requirements Gathering & Product Coordination
- Translate client needs into clear user stories and specifications.
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
- Validate solutions before release.
- Maintain documentation for product enhancements and customizations.
Project Management
- Track onboarding and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Data & Operations
- Work extensively with Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning, analysis, and uploads.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning).
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to structure ambiguous requirements into actionable tasks.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience with SaaS onboarding or implementation.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, OMS, or inventory systems.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Customer Success
- SaaS Implementation
- Business Analyst

What Success Looks Like in This Role
Within the first 6 months, you should be able to:
- Independently onboard customers.
- Gather and document requirements with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with the development team to deliver enhancements.
- Ensure customers go live successfully and derive value from the platform.
