ABOUT SOCIOH:
Socioh is a leading social advertising platform for eCommerce. We help brands improve the profitability of their Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs) on Facebook and Instagram.
Socioh is a US company based in Portland, Oregon, with a distributed team — primarily in India, LatAm, and the US. You may need to make yourself available for early morning team calls as needed.
NOTE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME, REMOTE POSITION. NO THIRD-PARTY VENDORS.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are looking for a full-time Customer Success / Performance Manager, who will play a vital role in the onboarding, and success of our client base of eCommerce advertisers (primarily based in the US).
This involves working with our production and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction through prompt empathetic communication (Slack, email), continuous monitoring of accounts, and proactive problem-solving.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor client communications across Slack, email, and CRM platforms.
- Understand customer needs and respond to questions promptly – with clarity and empathy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on advertising and technical matters.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams — design, production, sales/marketing, and tech — to ensure requirements are met on time. Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines clearly across all stakeholders.
- Manage multiple accounts and conversations simultaneously, with a focus on prioritizing key clients.
- Track progress across all accounts in CRM and project management tools to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Develop a deep understanding of our app by testing and using it regularly, including how it integrates with Meta.
- Set up ad catalogs for clients within our platform.
- Pitch in wherever needed. We're a lean team without rigid structures — everyone rolls up their sleeves when they can add value.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual who is intellectually curious, passionate about customer success, and driven to excel. You should have great communication skills with strict attention to detail and an interest in technology.
As a fast-paced start-up, we require you to be comfortable wearing multiple hats, juggling deadlines, and thinking on your feet.
Shopify or ad agency/performance marketing experience HIGHLY VALUED.
Required:
- Ability to work during US hours
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to coordinate with a distributed internal team
- Take complete ownership of your accounts from onboarding to analyzing key metrics
- Extreme attention to detail
- Reliability and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success
- Experience with performance marketing/ ads
- Experience with key metrics/analytics
- Experience with technology/eCommerce
HIGHLY VALUED:
- Experience with account management and customer success, especially in the US B2B market.
- Experience with Figma/Canva.
- Working knowledge of the business manager on Meta.
- Good working knowledge of various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience with SEO.
