Role Overview pointers:
- Looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented intern to work directly with the CS lead.
- Acting as an operational aide across multiple business initiatives
- Role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a SaaS business operates across Customer Success, Product, and Revenue functions
- Own execution on high-impact operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
SOP & Process Execution
- Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs across various software solutions
- Help translate SOPs into execution checklists and workflows
- Ensure SOP adoption across the team
CRM Discipline & Data Hygiene
- Drive usage and compliance of Zoho CRM across the team
- Track: task completion, data accuracy, pipeline updates
- Flag gaps, inconsistencies, and non-compliance
Revenue & Collections Tracking
- Maintain trackers across: Software MRR, Collections, Recoveries
- Maintain internal follow-ups to ensure timely invoicing and closures
- Highlight risks wrt delays
Product Hygiene Checks
- Conduct regular audits for software/campaign side configurations
- Proactively identify issues and coordinate inter-team fixes
Business Visibility & Reporting
- Build data views for revenue, adoption, feature usage
- Build reports for leadership views
- Build documentation for team discussions
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Product, Legal, and Finance to enforce SOP
- Ensure execution alignment and track action items
