Role Description
The Customer Success Manager - Transport Operation is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, overseeing transport operations, and improving customer retention through strategic initiatives. The candidate will analyze operational data, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and resolve customer concerns effectively to facilitate seamless employee commute operations. This role requires active engagement with clients and a solutions-oriented approach to enhance client experience and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and delivering outstanding Customer Service.
- Strong Relationship Building skills to foster strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess operational data, identify patterns, and implement effective solutions.
- Proven experience in efficiently managing client relationships within the realm of transport operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with employee transportation or logistics operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using transport management systems or related software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
