Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Success Manager in the B2B Sales vertical. The individual will focus on driving customer satisfaction, fostering relationships with clients, ensuring customer retention, and delivering an exceptional post-sales experience. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer data, identifying pain points, providing solutions that align with customer success goals, and serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams to optimize coordination and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention techniques
- Excellent Relationship Building and Customer Service skills, with the ability to create a positive and engaging client experience
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess client needs, measure success metrics, and propose data-driven solutions
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and deliver optimal solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a B2B customer success or sales role
- Familiarity with the AI and Blockchain industries is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer outcomes
